SW: 223.5lbs (UK Size 18) 29th April 2017. CW: 186.5 lbs (UK Size 14) 25th July 2018. UGW: 140lbs (UK Size 8/10)
I am 27 years old, Vegan 5ft 6in, UK Dress Size 16, Bra Size 34H.
I originally started this blog in May 2012, and I successfully lost 2 stone through calorie counting. However, graduating uni and getting a horrible job lead to me putting all the weight back on again!
I am old and wise enough now to realise that calorie counting and constantly weighing and measuring everything I eat is not a sustainable or healthy way to lose weight.
There is no point losing loads of weight calorie counting if I'm not being healthy: mind, body and soul, because eventually the weight will come back on! And it has done, TWICE!
I am now focussing on a low fat, vegan diet, and 3 stone down so far feels pretty good! ♡
